E30
Known amongst it’s fans as “God’s Chariot”, the 1984 – 1993 BMW 3-Series truly redefined what a mid-size sedan could be, and became the benchmark for driving dynamics for the next two decades. Because it was large enough to transport a family, yet small enough to qualify as a sports car in it’s two-door format, the E30 platform was quite versatile. Over the course of nearly ten years, it was offered in nearly all popular formats of the day, including a station wagon and a world class race car.
