If, like most E30 glove box latch housings, yours is cracking and crumbling with age, you can replace it with a 3D printed part without having to get the entire OEM assembly. Simply remove the latches (it is recommended you replace the latches at the same time - find them here: http://e30update.com/store/p4/glove-box-latch-drive.html - http://e30update.com/store/p5/glove-box-latch-driven.html) and reassemble. it's an easy, 15min job that will keep your glove box operating perfectly for another 30+ years!
